1.1 Program Educational Objectives of the UG Civil Engineering are: 

PEO1 To achieve a high level of technical expertise to shine in higher education / profession by obtaining knowledge in basic sciences, design and drawing and engineering principles
PEO2 To explore and apply the modern engineering tools for planning, design, execution and maintenance of works that is technically viable, economically and socially acceptable
PEO3 To develop good communication skills, team work in their responsibilities with excellence and to be ready to take up challenges in the current scenario

1.2 Programme Outcomes (POs)of the UG Civil Engineering are:

2.1 Program Educational Objectives of the PG (Structural Engineering) are:

PEO1. To  impart  concepts  of  structural  engineering  through  the  use  of  analytical techniques,  experiments,  computer  simulation  methods,  and  other  modern engineering  tools  in  the  analysis  and  design  of  variety  of  civil  engineering structures and their components effectively.
PEO2. To develop habit of individual critical thinking in analyzing a complex problem in structural engineering field.
PEO3. To improve Student’s capacity building in up-coming areas of research and to develop skill of communicating structural design effectively in graphical and oral presentations.

2.2 Program Outcomes (PO’s) for PG(Structural Engineering Programme :

PO1 Acquire in depth knowledge of structural engineering and be able to discriminate, evaluate, analyze and synthesize existing knowledge and new knowledge.
PO2 Be able to identify, formulate and solve complex structural engineering problems with independent judgment.
PO3 Be able to conceptualize and design Civil Engineering Structures with appropriate consideration for public health and safety, cultural, societal and environmental consideration
PO4 Be able to extract information of complex problems including design of theoritical experiments and tools, analysis and interpret data for development of technical knowledge in Structural Engineering.
PO5 Be able to Create, Select and judiciously apply appropriate resources, techniques & tools to various problems in Structural Engineering and by considering the limitations.
