Srinivasa Educational Academy, Chittoor, under which all the group institutions were started, was established three decades ago committed to promoting quality education. Over the years, the group has blossomed into a cluster of 24 premier educational institutes spread across the State providing quality education. Started in 1985, each Institution is equipped with the most comprehensive and contemporary facilities to make it the best among its breed. SEA offers professional courses in Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Law, Management and Education attracting thousands of students from all India and abroad excelling in professional training and creating value for the society.

Dr. Ravuri Venkataswamy is a philosopher, philanthropist, and educationist who serves as a source of inspiration for many generations. He shares his colorful and insightful perspective on his country and has made immense contributions to empowering rural women, promoting ancient arts and culture, supporting health-related issues, and encouraging the aspirations of young people with happiness and universal well-being. Additionally, he has played a major role in promoting applied research for rural areas.

Dr. R. Venkataswamy has extensive experience in establishing and managing educational institutions, making him a successful educationist. Johnson Wales University in Rhode Island has recognized his achievements by conferring upon him an Honorary Degree, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education for his research on education in India. He has made significant contributions to the development of technical education in the state, particularly through his leadership in running Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology and other educational institutions.

Furthermore, Dr. Venkataswamy has taken the initiative to establish RVS Institute of Medical Sciences in Chittoor, with the aim of providing medical services to the underprivileged and promoting medical education that fulfills the aspirations of the people. He firmly believes that a healthy body and a healthy mind are crucial for transforming India into a developed nation. He emphasizes the importance of the "five Es" Educating, Enlightening, Enriching, Empowering, and Enabling as the key factors in achieving this vision.

Ravuri V. Srinivas is a respected figure in the field of education and social work. With a strong educational background, including a B.Tech. from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and an MBA from Cardiff University, UK, he has made significant contributions to the development of various educational institutions. Currently serving as the Secretary of Srinivasa Educational Academy in Chittoor.

Under his leadership, the group has blossomed into a cluster of 24 premier educational institutes spread across the State providing quality education. His efforts have been recognized through prestigious awards such as the Honorary Doctorate Award from the University of Asia Regional Research Centre, the Rastriya Vidya Saraswathi Puraskar Award for promoting education, and the Edupreneurs Award.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ravuri V. Srinivas actively engages in social causes. He established the Smt. Haarika Memorial Literary and Cultural Association, a public charitable trust dedicated to supporting educational, cultural, and charitable initiatives. He also founded "Helping Hands," an organization that organizes welfare activities, including blood donation camps, eye camps, and relief efforts.

Ravuri V. Srinivas extends his support beyond national borders, providing free scholarships for international students from SAARC countries. His commitment to education has taken him on numerous trips to countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, and many others, where he promotes educational opportunities.

He has forged valuable partnerships with leading industries and organizations, including the Institution of Engineers of India, University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and Oracle Academy, among others. These collaborations contribute to the growth and advancement of the educational institutions under his leadership.
