Rules for the Conduct of Events:
Solo Dance:
- One Participant is allowed.
- Maximum of five minutes time is allowed for each participant.
- Single song or mix of songs can be performed.
- Costumes and makeup will not be provided.
Group dance :
- Maximum of ten participants are allowed in each group.
- Maximum of six minutes time is allowed for each group.
- Single song or mix of songs can be performed.
- Costumes and makeup will not be provided.
Solo Singing :
- One Participant is allowed.
- Single song or mix of songs can be performed
- Time allowed for each should be maximum of 5 minutes.
Group Singing :
- Maximum of Five participants are allowed in each group.
- Single song or mix of songs can be performed
- Maximum of six minutes time is allowed for each group.
Skit/Mime:
- Maximum of ten participants are allowed in each group.
- Maximum of Eight minutes time is allowed for each group.
- Assessment is based on idea, creativity, presentation, use of make-up and music.
- Costumes and Makeup will not be provided.
- Background music, such as music typically used in mimes is allowed, however it must not contain any words in Mime.
Solo Instrumental play:
- Duration of performance should not exceed 8 minutes.
- Time for stage/ instruments setting is maximum 5 minutes.
- Maximum number of accompanists is one.
- Participants must bring their own instruments.
- Item can be presented in any style.
- Judgment is based on the qualities like taal, selection of raga, composition and overall impression.
Mimicry:
- Each student artist is given 5 minutes.
- Participants may mimic sound of machines and speeches of well-known persons etc. including film personalities.
- Judgment is based on Skill imitating; Variety of sound and voices, and Overall Presentation.
Short Film:
- of participants should not exceed 4 members in each group.
- There is no particular theme for the Short Film or a short film that promotes our college.
- Short Film must contain some message to the society.
- The Entries can be Documentaries, Short Films, Animations or Experimental Art forms.
- The Duration for the Short Film should not exceed 10 Minutes.
- Adult Content of any kind will not be entertained and would lead to direct disqualification.
- Films in Language other than English/ Telugu should be with Subtitles in English.
- The short film can be submitted in CD with their Title, Student Names, Roll Number, Branch, Year, College name written on CD.
- Short Films will be judged entirely on concept, theme, technical work, acting of cast.
Photography:
- of participants should not exceed 4 members
- The participant has to bring his/ her own digital camera.
- The digital camera should have a memory card which will be formatted by the judges before the commencement of the contest.
- The time limit is two and a half hours.
- The participant has to capture 5 photographs of any theme or may promote our college.
- No mixing, matching or morphing of photographs is permitted.
- Software such as Photoshop etc. for enhancing images is not permitted.
- The organizers will have all rights for the use of these pictures as and when they deem fit.
- Digital images are evaluated on the basis of Impact, Composition, Technical Quality, and Suitability for the specific theme.
- The additional instructions will be announced on the spot.
- Adult Content of any kind will not be entertained and would lead to direct disqualification
- The photos can be submitted in CD with their Theme Name, Student Names, Roll Number, Branch, Year, College name written on CD.
- Short Films will be judged entirely on concept, theme, technical work, acting of cast.

- One Participant is allowed.
- No make-up or costumes will be provided
- Judgment is based on dressing and walking style, gesture, body language, knowledge.
