- Each group should not exceed 4 members.
- There is no particular theme for the Short Film, except for films promoting
the college.
- The Short Film must contain a message to society.
- Entries can be Documentaries, Short Films, Animations, or Experimental Art
Forms.
- The duration of the Short Film should not exceed 10 minutes.
- Adult content of any kind will not be entertained and will lead to direct
disqualification.
- Films in languages other than English/Telugu should have subtitles in
English.
- The Short Film can be submitted on a CD with the title, student names, roll
number, branch, year, and college name written on it.
- Short Films will be judged based on concept, theme, technical work, and
acting of the cast.
Photography

- Each group should not exceed 4 members.
- Participants must bring their own digital camera.
- The digital camera should have a memory card, which will be formatted by the
judges before the contest begins.
- The time limit for the contest is two and a half hours.
- Participants must capture 5 photographs of any theme or may promote our
college.
- No mixing, matching, or morphing of photographs is permitted.
- Software such as Photoshop for enhancing images is not allowed.
- The organizers will have all rights to use these pictures as they deem fit.
- Digital images will be evaluated based on impact, composition, technical
quality, and suitability for the specific theme.
- Additional instructions will be announced on the spot.
- Adult content of any kind will not be entertained and will lead to direct
disqualification.
- The photos can be submitted on a CD with the theme name, student names, roll
number, branch, year, and college name written on the CD.
