RULES FOR THE EVENTS
- Registration starts on 28th March, 2023 and ends on 03rd April, 2023 for internal participants, and 09th April 2023 for external participants.
- Registration for events can be enrolled with the concerned faculty coordinator by paying the requisite entry fee. (External participants can pay through demand draft in favor of SVCET, Chittoor and the same can be sent to Physical Director, SVCET, Chittoor. Details of registration can be mailed to sports@svcetedu.org).
- To encourage the participation of internal students, the entry fee for each event (except Cricket) for each student is Rs. 100/- only.
- Cricket event for external participants starts on 10th April, 2023, and schedule will be communicated well in advance.
- Cricket and all other events for internal participants start on 4th April, 2023, and schedule will be communicated well in advance.
- All other events for external participants start on 14th April, 2023, and schedules will be communicated well in advance.
- All the teams are expected to report at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late reporting will not be entertained.
- All the participants should carry their ID card of their institution.
- Accommodation and food will be provided for all outside participants on prior request at a nominal price of Rs. 100/- per participant per day.
- Umpires / Organizers decision is final on all matters.
- There should be a minimum participation of 6 teams to organize the matches, failing which that particular event will be canceled.
