The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) established in 1998, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at SVCET has witnessed significant growth. The department's undergraduate program intake has steadily increased over the years, reflecting its growing reputation. The B.Tech. program itself has been consistently accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) since 2006, a testament to its quality.
The CSE department offers a hands-on, industry-oriented B.Tech. program in Computer Science and Engineering. The curriculum is designed to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for success in the ever-evolving IT industry. The department boasts state-of-the-art labs, well-equipped classrooms, and a well-stocked library to facilitate a rich learning experience. Additionally, the department's active student chapters and its choice-based elective system allow students to explore their areas of interest.
