- To plan the examination schedule for various courses of study.
- To suggest innovative paper setting, valuation methods.
- To deal with malpractice cases in consultation with concerned HODs and subject experts
- To suggest improvements for conducting the exams.
- To examine whether the syllabi coverage and paper setting ( in case sessional exams) are as per the guidelines.
